This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Phoenix Global Travel Services will provide direct admission consultation and processing services for study abroad applicants.
The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₦350,000 (Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) before commencement of the admission process.
Any additional documents requested by the Client shall attract a fee of ₦20,000 per document.

In the event that no admission is secured for the Client due to:
The Company shall refund ₦300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira) to the Client. The Company shall retain ₦50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) as administrative charges. No refund shall be made if:
