DIRECT ADMISSION SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Phoenix Global Travel Services will provide direct admission consultation and processing services for study abroad applicants.

Services;

  • The Company shall conduct a school search and consultation for the Client based on their academic qualifications and preferences.
  • Upon selection of a school by the Client, the Company shall commence the admission processing procedure.
  • The Company shall guide and support the Client in compiling and submitting all necessary documents to the relevant institutions.

Processing Fee

    The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₦350,000 (Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) before commencement of the admission process.

    Any additional documents requested by the Client shall attract a fee of ₦20,000 per document.

What Processing Fee Covers:

  • School search and consultation
  • Admission processing
  • Accommodation & basic health insurance provided by employer

Required Documents:

For Post-Graduate Applicants

The Client agrees to provide all relevant documents as specified below:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Academic Transcript
  • Degree/Certificate
  • WAEC/NECO Certificate (VIAC)
  • Passport Data Page
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Two References
For Under-Graduate Applicants

The Client agrees to provide all relevant documents as specified below:

  • WAEC/NECO Certificate (VIAC)
  • Passport Data Page
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Two References

NB: English Proficiency Test (IELTS or equivalent): If required by the chosen institution, the Client must provide evidence of English proficiency.

Refund Policy

In the event that no admission is secured for the Client due to:

  • Inability to find a suitable school after the school search
  • Rejection of documents by the university

The Company shall refund ₦300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira) to the Client. The Company shall retain ₦50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) as administrative charges. No refund shall be made if:

  • The Client fails to provide the required documents
  • The Client voluntarily withdraws from the process after commencement.

Obligations of the Client:

  • The Client must provide complete and accurate documents within the stipulated time.
  • The Client is responsible for payment of all third-party charges (e.g., school application fees, courier services)
  • The Client must comply with all requirements set by the selected school and immigration authorities.

Obligations of the Company:

  • The Company shall exercise due diligence in providing school search and admission processing services.
  • The Company shall keep the Client informed of all progress made during the process.
  • The Company shall process documents in line with the requirements of the chosen school(s).

Termination

    This Agreement may be terminated if the Client fails to comply with the terms, including non-payment of fees or failure to provide accurate documentation.

1) Your CV OR Resume which must contain your Complete address and phone number
2) Scanned Data page of your international Passport, validity of your International passport must be more than 6months
3) Fully completed form from Phoenix Global Travel Services
4) Educational certificate held.
5) Applicants passport photograph on a white background.
6) Copy of your NIN Card or National ID card.

GVVA stands for Gecombineerde Vergunning Verblijf en Arbeid, which translates to a Combined Work and Residence Permit.
MVV stands for Machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf, which translates to "authorisation for temporary stay" or a "provisional residence permit".
